A bond is a security payment that helps protect both you and the property during your stay. At Caulfield Place, your bond is lodged safely with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA), where it’s held in trust until your lease ends. At that point, it’s either fully refunded to you or used in part to cover any outstanding rent or property damage.

The nearest supermarket is just 200 metres from Caulfield Place, with Coles and Liquorland an easy walk away. You’ll also find a café and other local shops along the nearby retail strip.

Is there extra storage outside my apartment?

There isn’t additional storage outside your apartment at Caulfield Place. Beds are designed with extra space underneath for luggage. For larger items, we recommend using a local storage provider.
