Payment Policy

Accommodation fees must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your tenancy agreement. Study Inn offers a range of payment options, including annual and instalment plans, subject to eligibility requirements and any applicable guarantor conditions.

Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in late payment charges, interest on overdue balances, restrictions on check-in, or further action under the terms of the tenancy agreement. Students experiencing delays with funding or financial difficulties are encouraged to contact the provider as early as possible to discuss available options.

All payment amounts, deadlines, and accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process and within your tenancy agreement. For payment-related queries, please contact studentengage@alpha-way.com.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Rent Payment is required to secure your booking with Study Inn. This payment is applied towards your accommodation fees once your tenancy begins and is not an additional charge. The amount due and payment deadlines will be confirmed during the booking process.

If you are eligible for a cancellation under the provider's cancellation policy, any refundable amounts will be returned in accordance with the provider's terms, less any applicable administration fees. Students remain responsible for any outstanding accommodation charges due under their tenancy agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 19 weeks before your tenancy start date, and any advance rent paid will be refunded in full. Within 19 weeks of the tenancy start date, cancellations are only permitted if a suitable replacement tenant is found and approved by the provider. If no replacement tenant is secured, you will remain liable for the full contractual rent.

You may also be eligible to cancel if your UK visa application is refused or your university application is rejected. Supporting documentation must be provided, and any applicable administration fees may be deducted before a refund is issued.

Once your tenancy has started, you will remain responsible for rent payments unless a replacement tenant takes over your booking. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to provider approval. For assistance, please contact studentengage@alpha-way.com.
