Payment Policy

First-year students may be eligible for a "No Place, No Pay" cancellation if their university application is unsuccessful or their place is withdrawn, provided the required supporting documentation is submitted within the specified timeframe.
Once the tenancy has commenced, residents may be able to end their tenancy by serving the required notice period in accordance with the tenancy agreement. Rent and other contractual obligations will remain payable until the tenancy officially ends. Any approved cancellation or early termination remains subject to the property's terms and conditions.
