How much is the booking fee and what happens to it?

No booking fee is charged, but a £250 holding fee is required to secure the accommodation.

I have booked a room but failed to obtain a visa, can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel with proof of visa rejection. Cancellation terms are outlined in the Licence Agreement.

What deposit do I need to pay, and is this put into a scheme?

A £250 deposit is required to secure the accommodation, held in a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme and returned at the end of your tenancy, subject to deductions for damages or cleaning.

What if I want to move out early?

What is included in the room?

Studios include a kitchenette (with microwave), bathroom, study space, wardrobe, bed, and mattress. Ensuites include a bathroom, shared kitchen, study space, wardrobe, bed, and mattress.

What is the minimum time I can book?

Minimum booking is 4 weeks, up to 51 weeks, covering a full academic year.

What payment options are available?

What type of rooms are available?

We offer Ensuites with private bathrooms and shared kitchens (up to 5-6 residents) and Studios with private kitchens and bathrooms.

When do I get my deposit back?

The deposit is returned within 28 days after the Licence Agreement ends, via the tenancy deposit scheme, subject to deductions for damages or cleaning.

When will I receive my Tenancy Agreement?

You’ll receive the Tenancy Agreement after paying the holding fee.

Who can book a room?

Full-time students studying at a UK university or those on short-term language courses, aged 18 or over, can book.
