Can I live in a female only apartment?

Do I need a Guarantor?

Yes, a UK-based parent or legal guardian must act as guarantor. If you’re an overseas student without one, contact [email protected] to discuss options.

How can I get my deposit back?

Deposits are released via the Deposit Protection Service after your room is inspected and found free of damage. Submit a Council Tax exemption certificate. Contact [email protected] for help.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made by Mastercard, Visa debit/credit card, or Western Union in UK Sterling. Late payments incur interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate. Contact [email protected] for guidance.

How do I change my payment details?

How do I get my refund?

How do we book as a group?

How long will the tenancy be for?

Tenancy lengths are defined in your Tenancy Agreement, generally under Assured Shorthold Tenancies. Contact [email protected] for more info.

How will I pay my rent?

Rent is paid termly in advance by debit or credit card. Guarantor info is required. Students without a UK guarantor may need to pay upfront. Contact [email protected] for guidance.

How will I receive the cash back for referring a friend?

Is there a cooling off/cancellation period?

Is there a limit to how many people I refer?

My Partner and I are both Students; can we share a room?

What dates are rental payments due?

What if I cannot get a Visa to study in the UK?

If your visa is refused and you haven’t collected your keys, you may be released from your tenancy with valid proof. Contact [email protected].

What if I fail my end-of-year exams or A Levels and don’t get a place?

What if I want to terminate my agreement and move out?
