4. Your Account and Password

To register for an account on our Sites, you must be at least 18 years of age or 13 years or older with parental consent. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us.

Any user identification code, password, or other security information given to you must be treated as confidential. Do not disclose it to third parties.

We reserve the right to disable any user ID or password if, in our reasonable opinion, you have violated applicable law or these terms of use, or if we believe your account is being used fraudulently.

5. Agreements between Users of Our Sites

Our Sites allow property owners and managers to advertise their properties (each an "Advertiser") to potential renters (each a "Tenant").

You may use the Sites as a guest or a registered user. Once you find a suitable property, you can inquire about it and complete a booking request form, which includes your name, contact information, and stay details. Payment details are not required at this stage, and no commitment is made to rent a property. Our booking consultants will contact you to confirm the details and assist in finalizing the booking. We do not own or manage any rental properties listed on our Sites and are not party to any agreements between Advertisers and Tenants. It is your responsibility to review and agree to the Advertiser's terms, including those related to payments and cancellations.

We do not verify the identity of Tenants or Advertisers. If a third party (e.g., an agent) is acting on behalf of a Tenant, it is the Tenant's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the third party.

6. Prices

The prices of properties displayed on our Sites may change at any time. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, some prices may be incorrect. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our Sites.

Prices are provided by Advertisers and are subject to change. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the displayed prices to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Due to the global nature of our Sites, prices may be listed in different currencies based on your location. Currency rates are provided as guidelines and may vary from actual prices.

Coupons or special offers may be available from third parties, subject to specific terms and conditions. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

7. Payments

If you make a payment to an Advertiser via our Sites, you will be using a third-party payment provider like Stripe. It is your responsibility to review the Advertiser's booking and cancellation policies. Any deposit paid through our Sites is held by the Advertiser, not by Alphaway. You must contact the Advertiser for the return of your deposit once your tenancy ends.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Any tenancy agreement will be between the Tenant and the Advertiser. You are responsible for reviewing the Advertiser's cancellation policies during booking.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property rights on our Sites and the content published there. These works are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights are reserved.

10. Linking to Our Sites

You may link to our homepage provided it is done in a fair and legal manner and does not harm our reputation.

You may not suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement by Alphaway where none exists. Links must not be made to any part of our Sites except for the homepage.

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permissions at any time without notice.
